2. Main responsibilities
Marketing Event Planning & Execution
•
Collaborate with CEM/CEL to develop detailed event plans for key brands
•
Prepare and manage approval documentation for: Event logistics, speaker profiles, CAFs, sponsorship-speaker contracts
•
Coordinate with agencies for campaign development
•
Manage event logistics including: Event concepts & materials, hotel & travel arrangements, event registration, POSM distribution
• Collect and report participant feedback
•
Handle post-event evaluation, liquidation, and payment processing
•
Monitor and update plans and budgets monthly
Other Support Activities
•
Prepare and consolidate relevant reports & tracking systems
•
Manage POS & premium developments
•
Handle purchase orders and payment processing
•
Coordinate promotional materials distribution
•
Track and evaluate project performance
• Support budget management
•
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and take minutes
•
Provide administrative support to HOM as needed

Detailed event plans and execution timelines for marketing activities

Properly documented and approved event logistics materials

Post-event reports with participant feedback analysis

Monthly budget tracking and performance reports

Organized promotional materials inventory and distribution records

• 3rd-4th year student, can work full time
•
