As a CFE Intern, you will support our Sales Operations and CRM teams in
managing key data activities, monitoring field team performance, and helping
build market intelligence for strategic planning. This internship is ideal for
someone who enjoys working with data, has strong logical thinking skills, and
wants hands-on experience in commercial operations and business planning.

2. Main
responsibilities
Territory & Rep Management Support
Monitor and update monthly sales activities by
territory
Track and maintain updated rep status across
territories
Sales & CRM Data Management
Assist with PST (Product Sales Tracker) monthly
consolidation and updates
Conduct data quality checks and maintain
territory database accuracy
Identify and address sales vs CRM data gaps
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the CRM and data teams on
action plans and improvements
Business Planning Support
Help create comprehensive market factsheets to
aid forecasting and business strategy
Support end-to-end coordination of key
operations projects
3. Deliverables
Timely and accurate monthly reports on rep
activities and territory updates
Clean and updated sales and CRM datasets
Market factsheets for planning purposes
Regular input and tracking logs for operations
initiatives
4. About
you
Currently in your 3rd/4th year
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving
mindset
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable working with large datasets
Highly committed, proactive, and shows strong
integrity
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Able to manage time well and adapt to a
fast-paced environment
A team player with a can-do attitude
