JOB DESCRIPTION

General Description
Our internship program offers a challenging hands-on
structured experience. You will be working side-by-side with Customs Operation
Team to learn the process, terminology, and skills required to be successful in
Customs and Trucking Operation. You will
be learning about Customs and Trucking operation including Customs
Declaration, Trucking Operation, Truck Planning, on site coordination, etc.
You also learn to engage stakeholders as well as various skills to enhance your
career profile. It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come on board
as a full- time employee upon completion or graduation. All you need is a
positive attitude and a can-do spirit.

Specific Accountabilities
On site Customs and Trucking Operations
· Receive daily trucking plan from Customs
Operation Team. Cooperate with Vendor to manage and follow Trucking Plan.
Update to customer the
trucking plan and operation status.
Coordinate with vendor
to arrange container and truck at Customer site to be at dock as per
delivery plan.
Follow unloading
process and get POD signed off by customer.
Settle all issues
happened at customer site for smooth delivery operation.
· Report delivery plan and delivery status to Operation team and customer.
· Collect and hand over documents to Customer and vice versa.
· Maintain TMS, do truck planning on TMS.
· Other jobs as per assignment from Team leaders.
HSSE
·
Ensure that HSSE
guidance is followed by subcontractors/drivers.
·
Understand the
HSSE policy of the company and customer's site
·
Follow the HSSE
policy of the company and customer's site
·
Report near
misses to Manager / Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
1
Skills Required
·
Good English communication skills
(listening,speaking, reading, writing) is a prefer.
·
Excel, word computer skills.
·
Communication skill, collaboration
with stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications
·
Studying in
Economic or Transportation majors or relevant fields is preferred.
·
English &
Vietnamese communication skills
