JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assortment & Sale.
Support to Buyer for source products as Company's SKU target.
Support Buyer to do the paperwork and collect data to monitor and analyze Brands performance to manage sale & profit of assigned category/division as target.
2. Promotion.
Support Buyer to do the paperwork and follow up with suppliers for purchase/sale promotions program basing on Watsons' promotion calendar.
3. Cross function coordinator.
Support Buyer to prepare the relating documents when they work with Finance to manage all supplier's funding, outstanding following, [protected info] company's policy to ensure correct/on-time payment and prevent loss.
Support Buyer to coordinate with POG team and Suppliers for POG working on indicated location/VM at store.
Support Buyer to work with Supplier to have BA at store to push sale.
4. Others.
Cooperate with other departments in the company for all works related to suppliers.
Prepare all kind of reports as request.
Other tasks assigned by Buyer.
REQUIREMENTS
Final year students or fresh graduate.
Have knowledge about the buyer/
trade marketing and interested with health and beauty if prefer.
Carefully, have problem solving skill, data analytic/interpret.
Have ability to work under pressure and deadline.
Good English and computer skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
Self-confidence.
Positive mindset.
Possess can-do spirit and positive mentality.
BENEFITS
Benefit:
Income: VND 5,000,000 and parking allowance: VND 350,000.
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 6:00 at Office.
Laptop provided by the company.
