JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support to input data and make quotation under the instruction
- Proceed shipments which includes booking space, following shipment milestones, updating to customers, billing.
- Prepare docs to submit to customer after being verified by team leader
- Assist team leader to follow daily work by hand-over docs with vendor
- Print and check docs under guideline
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th year students or Freshers with major of International Trade, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Fluent in English, Excellent in both speaking and writing of English
- Basic computer skill, good Microsoft office skill
- Hardworking, result-driven and proactive in work
- Can work at least 6 months from September 2026
