Are you currently studying Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, or a related field and looking to gain practical experience in accounting operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support accounts payable, document management, and administrative accounting activities. If you have strong Excel skills and a willingness to learn, this internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a professional accounting environment.
What will you do?
As an Accounting Intern, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation process with vendors, including reviewing and clarifying discrepancies.
Assisting with invoice verification and AP payment processes, ensuring accurate documentation and proper workflow.
Supporting the digital archiving and management of accounting documents (e-doc).
Participating in physical inventory counts, including data verification, entry, and reconciliation.
Assisting with fixed asset (FA) physical counts, asset labeling, and coordination with relevant departments.
Performing administrative accounting tasks, including document stamping, official sealing, and general office support.
Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks and other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field, and able to maintain student status throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of June 2027.
Possesses basic accounting knowledge and the ability to understand accounting procedures written in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including formulas, functions, and data presentation.
Demonstrates strong data analysis skills using Microsoft tools; familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, macros, or AI tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented and accurate, with strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Possesses good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Demonstrates effective time management and task prioritization skills.
