JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Procurement Transaction Support
Assist in creating purchase requests and purchase orders on internal systems (Base/Odoo/SAP if applicable).
Support checking product specifications and ensuring alignment with internal request requirements.
Monitor purchase order processing status and coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier & Documentation Management
Help maintain supplier information and documentation, including contracts, quotations, and certificates.
Support evaluation and collection of compliance documents from suppliers (e.g., business licenses, COA).
Track contract and supplier documentation validity to ensure records remain up-to-date.
Cost & Data Tracking
Assist with data entry, order status updates, and cost tracking on the procurement system.
Compile reports and summaries for spend analysis, supplier performance, and procurement operations.
Administrative and Coordination Tasks
Organize and archive procurement documents both physically and digitally.
Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up action lists as assigned.
Support other procurement-related tasks and cross-functional initiatives.
REQUIREMENT
University graduate or final-year student majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields
Able to work full time
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are an advantage
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities
Eagerness to learn about procurement operations and supply chain processes
Good communication and teamwork skills
