Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Assist in executing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives (content creation & design).
Create, update, and maintain recruitment-related reports and candidate databases for efficient data centralization.
Support talent mapping and sourcing for specialized roles across tech and non-tech functions.
Prepare and update presentation decks, reports, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Collaborate with the TA team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements:
Final-year student in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields.
Good at Excel and experience with data management.
Good design skills, especially Canva, for creating engaging content.
Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus
