As part of our Affiliate Marketing team, you will support key operational and communications tasks including:
1. KOC Recruitment:
Source and approach potential KOCs to join campaigns
Assist in building and maintaining a KOC database
2. Admin Support:
Track and update campaign documents, contracts, and reports
Support with backend paperwork and internal processes
3. KOC Hotline Management:
Act as the first point of contact for KOCs via hotline or chat
Answer queries, solve minor issues, and escalate when needed
You'll work under the guidance of experienced professionals and get a deep look into how affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns are executed in a top-tier agency.
Who We're Looking For
University students or recent graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business preferred)
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Interest or basic knowledge in influencer/KOC marketing is a plus
