Responsibilities
Meeting clients for briefings and support Senior Account Manager in presenting proposals to clients for approval, minutes meeting report;
Assisting Senior Account Manager in briefing with agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the clients;
Proposing contract for Clients, Supplier under Senior Account Manager supervision;
Financial administration;
Performing other adhoc tasks as delegated by Senior Account Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
Able to work fulltime
Experiences in Agency from 3-6 months
Hard working, proactive dynamic and willing to learn attitude
Quick to absorb and analyse large amounts of information
The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines
Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills
Willing to work with team spirit and high responsibility
