1. Team Introduction
We're a regional Talent Acquisition team supporting TikTok Shop across SEA. Our team drives hiring strategies that power the growth of our e-commerce business, from early careers programs to experienced hires across key functions.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Note: Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
2. Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.
3. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in Business, HR, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with candidates, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, schedules, and trackers accurately.
Availability, minimum 3 to 6 months full-time commitment preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for e-commerce / tech industry, genuine interest in understanding how platforms like TikTok Shop operate.
Previous internship experience in recruitment, HR, operations, consulting, or a tech startup.
Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, reports, and using insights to drive decisions (e.g., Excel, GoogleSheets, or data dashboards).
