JOB DESCRIPTION
Role
Summary:
The
Event Designer Intern will work closely with the Event Manager to support the
planning, design, and delivery of BritCham Vietnam's events. This is a 6-month
internship offering hands-on experience in event design, from concept through
to execution. It's an excellent opportunity for a creative, motivated
individual to contribute to high-profile events while developing their design
and organisational skills in a multicultural environment.
Key
Responsibilities:

Assist
in site visits and collaborate with the team to assess venues for events.
-
Design
event layouts, including floor plans, stage arrangements, and seating
configurations.
-
Create
2D visual designs, including event signage, banners, backdrops, and other event
collateral.

Collaborate
with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure design elements are
implemented accurately.

Contribute
to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative concepts for events.
-
Ensure
all design elements are aligned with BritCham's brand and event objectives.
-
Provide
design support during event setup and execution, ensuring design elements are
delivered on time and as planned.
-
Report
to the Event Manager and provide regular updates on the progress of
design-related tasks.

Assist
the event team in ensuring a smooth event experience, from planning through
execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
-
Currently
pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Graphic
Design, or related fields.

Strong
proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, etc.).

A
creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for event design.
-
Strong
organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet
deadlines.

Excellent
communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
-
A
proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
-
Previous
event planning or design experience is a plus but not required.
