What we expect you to perform:
1.Project Support (Communications & Visibility)
Assist in project communication activities
Help to create project communication materials (banner, backdrop, standee, etc.)
Conceptualize, design and edit in store printed marketing materials
Test the responsiveness of all assets for all platforms (i.e. email templates, websites, landing pages, etc.)
Assist with video editing and production needs, as necessary
Help to organize project events
2.Organization-wide communications & visibility activities
Collaborate with the C&V Executive in overseeing day-to-day ASSIST social media channels, including content creation, reaching out for content collaborations, and driving growth and engagement.
Actively update organisation-wide activities on internal communication channels
Support photography and visual documentation of organization-wide activities, ensuring high-quality images for communication materials
Support the C&V team in HQ on communication activities if needed
Who we are looking for:
Recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields, or candidates with more than 6 months of relevant experience.
Good in English, both written and spoken; and computer literacy.
Experienced with content creation & video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut)
Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook & Linkedin) is a plus, though not necessary.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Eager to learn and willing to assist with various tasks
Growth mindset, and don't be afraid to ask questions
Experience in photography/ videography is a plus
Experience in non-governmental organization activities is a plus
