JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main duty
Report directly to Senior Project Developer;
Assist Senior Project Developer in planning and implementation of all projects;
Streamline and maintain internal processes, ensuring a smooth workflow by coordinating internal and external resources;
Manage project progression including Project scheduling, budget and resources allocation and tracking;
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts, facilitating communication and managing project-related tasks;
Analyze data as required;
Resolve project issues and provide solutions as needed;
Prepare and submit meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and proposals as requested by Supervisor and Board of Directors;
Provide administrative support to the Senior Project Developer and Project team;
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Your Attributes
Required qualification
Bachelor's degree in relevant field;
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Assistant, preferably in the Entertainment/Hospitality industry;
Certificate in Project Management/Scrum Master is a plus;
Required skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Experience in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance daily work and productivity is a big plus;
Proficiency in Project management software and tools;
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
Detail oriented approach;
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
