Product Information: SparkMath is an online learning Math program designed to support students in developing knowledge based on the Vietnamese Ministry of Education curriculum, using the exclusive CPA and UDSC methodologies for students grade 1 - 5.
Working hours: Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 18:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Enhancing Product Experience for Customers
Assist in user research to identify common traits, pain points, and unmet needs
Conduct market research to analyze competitors
Help define customer personas and value propositions to enhance customer journey
Support the Product Management team in creating exceptional "7-star" moments
2. Student Recruitment
Assist in developing onboarding processes for students from various sources
Create content for different marketing channels
3. Onboarding New Students
Help develop systems for a smooth student onboarding experience
Ensure student devices and internet connections function properly
Provide clear instructions for a great initial experience
4. Customer Feedback & Student Support
Assist in conducting focus groups and surveys to gather student feedback
Help develop feedback processes on academic performance and skill development
Support the execution of feedback initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to intern at least 40 hours/week for 3-6 months
Final-year students in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Education, etc., with a passion for product development and project management
Good communication and writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Tools
Strong organizational, planning, and entrepreneurial spirit
Responsible, hardworking, and progressive
Advantageous: experience in education, product development, project management, marketing, etc
