Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and user experiences for internal and customer-facing web/app platforms (sales, inventory management, loyalty, etc.)
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma; support UI/UX testing before product launch
Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all platforms
Collaborate closely with product managers,
developers, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure design feasibility
Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously improve designs based on feedback
Work within an Agile/Scrum team structure to ensure smooth product delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 UX/UI design experience, preferably in high-traffic web/app products
Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.)
Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
Strong understanding of user behavior and UX research methodologies
Clear communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively across teams
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or operational system design is a big plus
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work effectively with developers
Experience with motion design or animations in UI
Familiarity with omnichannel retail experiences or cross-platform user journeys
