Participate in structured training sessions, including automation testing fundamentals and modern testing tools;
Support testing activities across a variety of real-world projects, including:
Gamification platforms (Gami);
Marketing and promotion systems;
Web-based applications, mobile apps, and API testing;
Bank;
Financial Services;
CVS;
Collaborate with
developers and product teams to understand product requirements and ensure high-quality delivery;
Assist in writing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases, while gradually applying automation techniques where applicable;
Report and track bugs, verify fixes, and contribute to continuous quality improvement;
Stay up to date with best practices in both manual and automation testing.

Outstanding Academic
Background Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 7.5/10;
Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1 (nice to have);
Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;

Department-specific Requirements
Good reading comprehension of technical English documents related to software testing;
Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual and/or automation);
Familiar with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello);
Understanding of test case creation, test planning, and reporting;
Knowledge of any testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a plus;
Familiar with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a bonus;
Detail-oriented, logical thinking, and proactive in identifying issues;
Critical thinking and a strong sense of product quality;
Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations;
Experience in internships or competitions related to quality assurance or software testing;
Basic understanding of API testing and database querying (SQL).
