SOURCING:
- Identify potential products to match with project needs & open successful suppliers.
- Distribute product specs to the designated supplier. Understand and highlight product requirements of each program to relevant cross-functional teams/suppliers.
- Involve Cross-Functional Teams to achieve quality, price, and delivery requirements.
DEVELOPMENT:
- Lead the product development in my perimeter to catch the shipment plan of 1st order.
- Ensure competitive price offers while ensuring good quality and lead time development.

Yêu cầu

- Having sourcing networks on PCMB products (Fishing rods, dumbbells, treadmills, exercise bikes).
- Good technical know-how, willing to travel for business trips.
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication, esp presentation skills.
- Be able to give insight based on given data.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.
- Proficient PC skills & data visualization.
- Be able to speak Chinese is an advantage.
- Graduated university ( Major: Technical is an advantage)
