Mô tả công việc

- Assures the quality, safety and consistency of all products with a focus on the RLC customer.
- Ensures effective implementation of defined quality assurance processes, standards for Quality
- Responsible re-audit / shadow audits for in-line and final audits
- Ensures transparency and adherence to our internal Client Product Integrity
- Coaching and mentoring QA' Client
- Work and provide feedback to the training manager in terms of training needs to develop new training programs or modify / improve existing programs for internal team

Yêu cầu

- Diploma or above holder in Textile and Garment related
- Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience
- Good written and fluent spoken English language skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Critical thinking and ability to plan; organize and execute
