On April 20th 2022, Vingroup signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with the UK's leading education system Brighton College to establish Brighton College Vietnam.
We are looking for a Head Chef with details as follows:
Work location: Brighton College Vietnam, Vinhomes Ocean Park Urban Area, Da Ton Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION
A Head Chef should conduct regular quality checks and evaluations of services and works delivered by his/her team; come up with solutions to improve the service quality; make sure that all services meet the standards.
1. General management
- Develop and estimate the budget for all nutrition plans and kitchen operations;
- Develop a consumable limit for equipment, tools, and kitchen supplies; food intake limit for students, teachers, and staff;
- Develop seasonal menus, ensuring food safety, quality and nutritions for students and employees;
- Control the quality of input ingredients of the kitchen;
- Manage the purchase and order requests to make sure that the food import/export follows the regulated inventory limit and quality;
- Manage assets and kitchen equipment and tools;
- Propose recruitment needs and directly take part in candidate screening, recruitment and human resources arrangement in the kitchen;
- Supervise, coach, train and support staff to develop full competencies according to the standards of the Company.
2. Service standards
- Control the quality, observe students and staff having meals in the canteen and other areas to adjust the menu in a timely manner;
- Establish and monitor the procedures to ensure sanitation standards in production and food hygiene & safety in food processing;
- Work with School Board to tackle customer-related issues at request;
3. Food processing
- Make sure that the food is processed and presented according to the Company's standards;
- Regularly develop new menus and dishes that are suitable for students.

Yêu cầu
- Intermediate degree in cooking or higher or a culinary certificate;
- At least five years of experience, of which two years working at similar position at hotels/resorts of 4 to 5 stars or higher;
- Good management, supervision and organization skills;
- Good English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
