Mô tả công việc
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establishing objective, short term & long term business strategies and making action plans to implement;
- Working with staff members, clients, or an ad agency to establish and meet project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Leading brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements.
- Initiating, providing advice and directing research efforts on marketing and advertising methods for new or existing products or services with Airport marketing & management team
- Develops, plans campaigns to increase awareness of a company's products or services.
- Monitoring project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective, oversees staff that develop advertising campaigns.
- Planning to find customers and exploit market via forms of new offering, extending relationship with potential customers, consolidate relationship with the existing customers.
- Negotiating contract specifications and terms with clients or other external parties.
- Evaluating work result of Sales Executive weekly, quarterly, yearly.
- Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Yêu cầu
- Good attention to details, communications and self-presentation skills.
- Leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting and project management
- Multitasking and time management skills that allow them to work on several campaigns at once
- Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling and implementing campaigns
- A team player and self-motivated individual at the same time.
- At least 5 years' experience in Advertising/Marketing or a related field.
- Have a good relationship and work regularly with government and airports to obtain permits
- Leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting and project management
- Multitasking and time management skills that allow them to work on several campaigns at once
- Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling and implementing campaigns
- A team player and self-motivated individual at the same time.
- At least 5 years' experience in Advertising/Marketing or a related field.
- Have a good relationship and work regularly with government and airports to obtain permits

Working hours: 8h-17h from Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday)
- 12 days of celebration, annual holiday (according to company regulations).
