Job Overview
As the Head of Data Management, you will be a key architect of our data ecosystem, overseeing the end-to-end process of data collection, transformation, organization, and visualization. This critical role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional expertise in data management, analytics, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to monitor system and business processes, optimize costs, increase revenue, predict trends, and uncover business opportunities
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and maintenance of data storage systems, including SQL Server and Azure Blob Storage.
2. Data Collection and Transformation:

3. Data Organization and Accessibility:
Implement organizational structures and frameworks for effective data storage and retrieval.
Facilitate seamless access to critical business data for relevant stakeholders.
4. Data Visualization and Exploration:
Lead the creation of visually compelling and insightful data visualizations.
Enable stakeholders to explore and understand data trends through intuitive dashboards and reports.
5. Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
Implement systems for real-time monitoring of system and business process health.
Proactively identify and address data-related issues to minimize impact on operations.
6. Cost Optimization and Revenue Enhancement:
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies for revenue growth.

Qualifications
1. Educational Background:

2. Experience:
