Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (
HR Manager/Head of HR). Proven experience in FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
Technical Skills:
Deep expertise in the HRBP model and Strategic HR management.
Strong proficiency in HR Data Analytics (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
Solid knowledge of Labor Law, C&B structures, and Salary Benchmarking.
Competencies:
Strategic thinking with a "result-oriented" mindset.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Digital Transformation and HRIS implementation.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
