Head of Legal, Compliance Control & Quality Management Dept

Management experience in a legal or compliance function (approx. 10+ years, including 5+ years in a managerial role)
Experience in the retail/distribution industry, or in an industry handling food products (manufacturing, wholesale, food service, etc.), is preferred
Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations (labor law, commercial law, food hygiene and safety regulations, etc.)
Practical knowledge of quality management (ISO, HACCP, etc.) and auditing is a plus
Governance experience at a Japanese or foreign-invested company is a plus
Communication ability in Vietnamese and English (Japanese ability is a further plus)
Discipline and an unwavering commitment to principle as a representative of the "protective side"
At the same time, the coordination skills to work constructively with, rather than against, operational departments (General Affairs, Store Development, etc.)
Logical rigor and the resolve to report directly to Company management
Self-driven initiative to lead the launch phase of a newly established department
Approx. 35-50 years old as a guideline (managerial experience is weighted more heavily than age)
No reluctance to conduct store visits (for audit purposes)
