JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
• Analyze the logistics market and identify potential customer segments (export-import businesses, FDI enterprises, factories, warehouses, etc.).
• Propose and implement plans to expand market share and develop services (trucking, sea freight, air freight, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.).
• Create and execute quarterly/yearly business plans, assign sales targets to teams and individual
sales staff.
• Regularly assess strategic effectiveness and adjust according to market conditions and company capacity.
2. Manage and Develop Sales Team
• Recruit, train, and lead a professional sales team with logistics expertise.
• Establish KPIs, monitor, and evaluate individual and team performance.
• Build a positive work culture with collaboration and goal orientation.
• Provide training on sales techniques, negotiation, customer service, and logistics knowledge.
3. Customer and Partner Development
• Seek and approach new clients through channels such as cold calls, trade shows, partnerships, and digital platforms.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and high service reuse rate.
• Personally attend meetings, contract negotiations, handle complaints, and support key account requirements.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to create promotional programs, sales materials, and business support campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the team in engaging with major clients.
• Be responsible for both individual and departmental KPIs.
4. Internal Coordination and Service Improvement
• Work closely with operations, customer service, accounting departments to ensure service quality and customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback, evaluate service efficiency, and propose quality improvement solutions.
• Contribute to pricing policies, discount mechanisms, and contract terms to optimize business performance.
5. Reporting and Data Analysis
• Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) on revenue, sales performance, and customer trends.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to form appropriate strategies.
• Stay updated with logistics industry developments and advise the Board of Directors on strategic directions.
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferred majors: International Business, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
2. Experience:
• At least 3 years in a
Sales Supervisor or higher role within the logistics industry.
• In-depth knowledge of company services.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with profitable ideas for self and company.
3. Skills and Knowledge:
• Solid knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• English communication skills.
