As we reposition our offerings and scale into a new growth chapter, we're seeking a hands-on, full-stack Head of Marketing to lead the charge.
This is not a corporate role - it's a strategic and execution-heavy opportunity for someone who can build pipeline and brand simultaneously, with agility, AI, and deep B2B marketing craft.
Be the end-to-end
marketing leader who turns our hospitality-minded operations and strong customer love into PR wins, lead-generating events, thought leadership content, and always-on digital programs that drive qualified leads to fuel our next stage of growth.
You'll work directly with the CEO to reposition the Dreamplex brand, build a modern marketing engine from scratch, and lead a small but high-impact team focused on both brand trust and commercial outcomes.
What You'll Own
1. Demand Generation
• Own end-to-end campaign strategy across paid, organic, email, and social to generate qualified leads
• Optimize campaign performance, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-close rates
• Partner closely with Sales to drive a tight MQL → SQL → Deal conversion pipeline
2. PR & Organic Media
• Craft Dreamplex's story and thought leadership narrative in line with our repositioning
• Secure meaningful media placements, measure PR impact, and support employer branding
3. Events That Convert
• Design and execute both flagship and niche events (online/offline) that reliably generate SQLs and build brand equity
4. Content & SEO
• Create and distribute case studies, insights, and thought leadership content that educates and converts
• Own on-page and off-page SEO to boost visibility and lead capture
5. Email & Lifecycle Marketing
• Nurture leads with smart segmentation, automated workflows, and tailored content
• Ensure seamless CRM handover to Sales (via Hubspot)
6. Social Media & Brand Visibility
• Build a consistent, brand-aligned social presence that turns reach into leads
• Leverage testimonials, member content, and storytelling to build community and trust
7. Marketing Ops & CRM (Hubspot)
• Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM (Hubspot), drive reporting,
automation, and data-driven insights
• Build custom dashboards to report on performance and funnel metrics
8. AI-Enabled Marketing
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Descript, etc.) to speed up content creation, market research, reporting, and operational workflows
• Build AI agents and automations to keep execution lean while staying strategic
