Mô tả công việc

o Ensure that processes needed for the Integrated Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
o Report to Top management on the performance of the Integrated Management System, and any need for improvement.
o Lead external visit/audit from Customer and Third party; and Factory inspection from Safety marks.
o Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
o Manage the Integrated Management System into FRIWO Business System (FBS) at Vietnam to support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certifications, and other regulations as appropriate.
o Manage incoming material quality control on material management and supplier issue.
o Develop control method of production process flow to ensure well quality tools defined to ensure the quality level of outgoing product such as: 8Ds Report/ FMEA/ Reliability [protected info]
o Manage the outgoing inspection method to ensure the quality level of product to customer.
o Manage the laboratory activities in the Factory.
o Be responsible for Customer service - Complaint handling: Main responsibility on customer feedback/ complaint to limit the impact of business case.
o Setup the department KPI, guidance and support staffs to achieve the target.
o Establish and maintain a comprehensive training program to ensure that all Quality staffs and relevant members of FRIWO VN received adequately training and reached the competence level required for their individual roles.
o Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media
o Connect with other departments to build the integrated culture and system to provide the confidence level of customer on FRIWO Vietnam.
o Be responsible for other tasks of the Management Representative

Yêu cầu

o University graduate in Engineering or Quality Management field.
o At least 7 years experience with the same position.
o Having experience in electronic industry preferred.
o Lead Auditor ISO 9001/14001/SA8000.
o Familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001.
o Fluent in English, written and oral.
