Mortgage Loan Products:
Develop the organization for selling mortgage loan products: processes, systems, and resources.
Collaborate with departments and partners to launch home loan/mortgage products.
Build a product launch strategy: positioning, communications, and sales channel network.
Credit Card Products:
Identify and build a partner network to sell credit card products.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost sales.
Manage and optimize the performance of sales channels.
Monitor market trends, propose product improvements and suitable development strategies.
Team Management & Operations:
Build, lead, train, and motivate the credit card and mortgage sales teams.
Set KPI criteria, monitor performance, and plan for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports, identify issues, and propose adjustments to the management team.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
University graduate, majoring in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
At least 7 years of management experience in the Banking or Consumer Finance industry; preference given to candidates with relevant experience
In-depth understanding of mortgage loan and credit card products
Strong skills in communication, persuasion, leadership, negotiation, time management, and analysis
High level of integrity and honesty
Proficient in Microsoft Office
English proficiency is an advantage
