Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Technical and Quality (Cable, ID19528)
Establish and maintain ISO-compliant procedures; ensure effective operation of the ISO management system.
Conduct product sample analysis, review methods and regulations, and provide production line guidance.
Address and resolve technical and product-related issues during manufacturing; provide clear instructions for corrective actions.
Deliver technical support in customer service activities, including reception, explanation, and complaint resolution.
Contribute to R&D initiatives for new products and the adoption of advanced technologies.
Lead projects focused on production optimization, process improvement, and equipment enhancement to boost efficiency.
Design and implement training programs to strengthen employees' knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes.
Plan, organize, and oversee departmental operations; manage and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes and ensure proper execution on the production floor.
Control production standards and calculate cost efficiency to optimize manufacturing outcomes.
Track and evaluate process parameters and product quality indicators throughout production.
Maintain and safeguard technical records and documentation related to production technology.
Assess technical specifications and equipment conditions to support continuous improvement.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
