Academic & Teacher Management
Oversee the performance and professional conduct of all English teachers (Vietnamese and foreign).
Conduct onboarding, induction, and ongoing training for new teachers.
Provide continuous coaching and support to ensure alignment with the school's educational philosophy and methodologies.
Review and approve weekly lesson plans; provide guidance for improvement and consistency.
Conduct regular class observations (live or via camera) and provide actionable feedback.
Coordinate with TQE and the Principal to implement quality assurance procedures.
Manage teacher performance appraisals and recommend growth plans or corrective actions when needed.
Identify staffing needs; participate in the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of English teachers.
Liaise with teacher providers or agencies to ensure quality and stability of foreign teaching staff.
Teaching Responsibilities
Teach English lessons directly for bilingual (Vietnamese-English) classes as assigned.
Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support language development and meet curricular goals.
Substitute for local or foreign English teachers when necessary to ensure continuity of learning.
Support the development of classroom environments and activities that promote children's holistic growth.
Academic Support for Events & Parent Relations
Support English-related school events such as festivals, themed days, and class activities.
Collaborate with school staff to ensure events enhance children's English learning experiences.
