- The Visual Merchandising Executive will be responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards across Highlands stores, with a strong focus on merchandise presentation, product visibility, and commercial effectiveness.
* VM Execution & Store Implementation:
- Execute VM guidelines consistently across Highlands Café stores
- Ensure displays align with brand direction and campaign requirements
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution quality and compliance
- Support store teams in implementing VM changes effectively
* Merchandise Display & Commercial Optimization
- Optimize product presentation to improve visibility and drive sales
- Prioritize product placement (new items, best sellers, promotions)
- Translate merchandising strategy into clear and actionable in-store execution
- Coordinate closely with Merchandising and Operations teams
* Campaign & Promotion Rollout
- Implement VM for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations
- Ensure timely and consistent rollout across all stores
- Coordinate VM materials and execution with relevant stakeholders
* Store Training & Support
- Guide and train store teams on VM standards and best practices
- Provide on-site coaching to improve execution and product presentation
- Act as the key point of contact for VM-related matters across Highlands stores
* Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct regular VM audits and provide actionable feedback
- Identify execution gaps and propose improvement plans
- Report on VM performance and commercial impact
Yêu cầu
* Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Professional training in Fashion Retail is a plus.
- Certification in Data Analytics, Excel/Power BI, or relevant tools is advantageous.
* Work-related skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or related fields
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of merchandising principles. Understanding of how VM impacts customer behavior, product visibility, and sales performance.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits
- Experience in F&B or lifestyle retail is a plus
- Proactive and action-driven, with the ability to translate plans into practical in-store execution efficiently.
