JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our recruitment and employer branding initiatives in Hanoi Office. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, event coordination, and marketing activities related to human resource, providing valuable exposure to Starbucks Partner Resource (HR)operations and organizational culture building.
Job Responsibilities:
This role's responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
-Assist in building connections & participating in recruitment activities with schools and organizing career-related events such as job fairs, career days, workshops etc.
-Support employer branding efforts by creating, sourcing, and publishing content across various communication channels (social media platforms, career websites...)
-Contribute to online recruitment engagement activities, including livestreams and social media campaigns.
-Prepare and send periodic recruitment marketing communications (e.g., email campaigns).
-Provide administrative support for onboarding and other HR processes.
-Assist in coordinating recruitment campaigns across different regions.
-Support exit interview processes and related HR documentation.
-Support other admin tasks related to HR operation by direct supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduate or about to graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
-Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and record-keeping abilities
-Creative mindset with interest in content creation and digital engagement.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools is an advantage (canva, powerpoint, capcut...)
