JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR &
Admin Intern to join our team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions - from recruitment, administration, and payroll support to employee engagement and internal operations.This position is ideal for students who want to explore a career in Human Resources and understand how HR works in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment: Assist with job posting, CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
Administration: Support office purchases, track monthly F&B, manage stationery and office equipment.
C&B: Assist in timekeeping data entry, basic payroll calculation, and HR forecast updates.
Insurance & Employee Records: Prepare and update documents for dependent registration, social insurance, and premium insurance.
Engagement: Participate in organizing internal events, team bonding, and employeeengagement activities.
Other HR & admin tasks as assigned by official HR staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Priority is given to 3rd, 4th year students, studying Human Resources, Economics, Administration, or related fields in TOP UNIVERSITY of Ha Noi
Proficient in English (reading, writing, good communication)
Dynamic, hardworking, eager to learn
Have your personal laptop
Working full-time/part-time from Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
