As a Learning and Development (L&D) Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering a learning environment and facilitating the exploration of potential in our team members.
Your duties shall include but not limited to:
Coordinate the implementation of the corporate learning culture development program.
Plan and execute training foundational knowledge activities for employees.
Coordinate the implementation of technology and leadership training programs.

Contribute actively to Learning and Development department events and activities.
Lead the design and communication aspects of the Competency Project, a key initiative of the company.

Organize and manage programs aimed at developing corporate culture.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar position.

Strong in communication, content creation, design, and video production for E-learning (proficient in using design and video editing platforms).

Key Responsibilities:
Create and design visual effects that complement the game's art style and enhance the player experience.
Collaborate with the Art Director and development teams to ensure the effects are aligned with the project vision.
Continuously innovate and contribute to the improvement of visual effects within the game.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Passion and enthusiasm for game graphics and visual effects.
