Job Description
- Understand customers' business processes, needs, and requirements
- Analyze customer requirements from both a business perspective and an end-user perspective
- Ensure the development team fully understands the business requirements and provide input on product design and specifications
- Document functional and business requirements
- Create wireframes, activity diagrams, and system process flows
- Track all change requests from customers; manage all requirements, specifications, and change requests of the project
- Work closely with the development team to review specifications, answer questions, provide solutions, or identify issues
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in IT, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in English
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn, proactive in work
- Knowledge or relevant certifications/courses in Business Analysis is an advantage
