You will work with our analysts to understand their research, identify the right senior executives and industry experts in the US and Europe, and secure their time for interviews. Their insights feed the research we deliver to investors and corporates.
You will join the early Hanoi team of a Paris-based scale-up and learn from a global team across EU, NA and APAC. With structured training, strong performers will have fast-track promotion opportunities as the team grows.
The role
As an Expert Network Associate, you build the expert pipeline for client projects in the software and technology sector. You find the right profiles, reach out to them, and coordinate calls through to the post-call debrief. You work on well-defined projects with a clear sourcing plan and priorities, and get training and support from day one.
What you will do
Own the expert pipeline for your projects. Map the companies, sectors and geographies behind each research topic, then identify and qualify the industry experts best placed to answer it.
Lead expert outreach. Assess each expert's fit, shape your approach, and win the participation of senior executives in the US and Europe.
Run the calls end to end. Schedule each confirmed call, brief the expert, support the interview, and close the loop on process and payment afterwards.

REQUIREMENTS
Who we are looking for
At least 1-3 years of experience recruitment, executive search research, sales development (SDR), lead generation, market research or another English-speaking client-facing role. Fresh graduates with excellent English and some outreach experience (internships, student clubs, events) are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English (French or German is a big plus)
Comfortable contacting senior people you do not know, every day, and handling a "no" professionally.
Organized under deadline pressure, with clear written communication.
• Nice to have: Boolean search on LinkedIn, experience with an ATS or CRM, scheduling across time zones.
