1/ General duties/ responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing customers' requests effectively in the multi-support channel.
Support, manage and coordinate the freelance agent's team.
Optimize the process to increase performance toward bringing the best customer experience.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
2/ Requirements:
Age: less than 26 years old.
High professionalism and discretion.
Excellent team management skills.
Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5).
Interested in US-UK culture.
