JOB DESCRIPTION
The Sales Assistant will support the Sales Leader/Manager in various tasks, including but not limited to:
•Handling contracts, acceptant minutes (AM), and other necessary documents.
•Making reservations and tracking bookings.
•Following up with relevant departments on pending tasks.
•Finding potential customers to set up meetings and send quotations.
•Performing additional duties as assigned by the Sales Leader/Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
•Open to fresh graduates, no prior experience required.
•Strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, and adaptability.
•Proficiency in English (mandatory).
•Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Listen and understand the customer needs in order to achieve the customer satisfaction with the adequate service
• Provide advice and recommendations about our products & services to boost clinic sales
• Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries when required
• Cold calling to arrange re-examination appointment with existing customers
• Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones to get the feedback and to offer promotions, new products & services etc...
• Attend corporate health-checks at the company location in order to advice suitable services
• Monitor own sales performance and meet or exceed targets
• Develop detailed knowledge of company's products
• Attend team meetings, trainings and sharing experiences to improve customer experience
• Work collaboratively with Marketing team to develop attractive customer ideal
• Provide daily/ weekly sales reports as required
• Other tasks required by the Line Manager.

• Good selling, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Building trust and providing excellent services to potential clients.
• Handling full-cycle of B2B Sales process from prospecting, pitching/presenting, and closing deals &
get feedback from clients.
• Acting as a contact point between the client and internal operating teams during the contract
• Implementation period to deliver the best excellent service.
• Coordinate with Operations Department to complete the service and meet the customers' requirements.
• Contact clients to ascertain the client's satisfaction with the service.
• Keep close relationships for retention of clients.
• Respond to termination notices & follow up on the process of the contact's liquidation.
• Renegotiate service agreements by conducting fresh surveys/audits or educating users of the services, and introducing new services that be suitable to the client.
• Other tasks are required by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills• Can communicate in English
· 1 year of experience at least (as position: Sales/ Customer Service/Counselor...)
· Sales-focus, results-oriented, and a good team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
· Quick response to customers and a strong sense of customer orientation
· Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with the ability to work without close supervision
· Experienced in healthcare
business development is an advantage but it's not a must requirement - we are willing to train you.
