1. Write and post content daily, weekly, monthly and in each campaign for digital promotion channels: email marketing, sms marketing, website promotion page, mobile app notification push
2. Support in analyzing and submitting report about the growth and operation of digital promotion channels
II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or communications preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience with a variety of social media networks is advantageous
4. Have knowledge in design and design tools (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc)

I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Duties & Responsibilities
- A thorough knowledge of the product or service of the organization
- Overseeing the CS process with customers
- Create templates of email notification for various stages of the customer service process.
- Matching customer service workflows; FAQ(s) & Templates with email content and the CRM system where required
- Continuously update email notification content where required; T&C, Privacy Policy & other Policies.
- Follow the Company's communication and operation procedures, guidelines and policies
- Reporting directly to the CSM on any timed basics
II. SKILL
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiar with Canvas design & email content
