JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and deploy AI/ML
components for automation, NLP, IDP, and predictive analytics.
Work with Large Language
Models (LLMs) - prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Design scalable AI
pipelines and integrate modern automation frameworks.
Collaborate across
global teams (Finland-Chile-Vietnam) on real-world, high-impact use cases.
Integrate AI and LLM
components into UiPath workflows and automation solutions.
Collaborate with RPA
developers to enhance automation with AI-based decision-making and document
understanding.
Participate in technical
discussions, proof-of-concepts, and contribute ideas that shape Sisua's AI
roadmap.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong background in
Python or Typescript, and modern web stacks ([protected info], [protected info], PostgreSQL).
Proficiency in English
and communication skills is required, with the ability to confidently engage
with international teams.
Hands-on with LLMs,
LangChain / LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
Familiar with Azure,
OpenAI API, or cloud-based AI development.
Curious, proactive, and
eager to grow into a senior AI engineer role.
Understanding of RPA
tools (preferably UiPath) or interest in AI-driven process automation.
Experience integrating
AI/ML models with workflow automation or enterprise systems is a plus.
