MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Tổ chức Sự kiện:
Lên kế hoạch chi tiết và trực tiếp thực thi các sự kiện marketing (hội thảo, workshop, activation tại trường học) theo kế hoạch tổng thể.
Tìm kiếm, làm việc và duy trì quan hệ với các đối tác, nhà cung cấp (địa điểm, PG/PB, quà tặng...) để đảm bảo sự kiện diễn ra hiệu quả.
2. Sản xuất POSM & Vật phẩm Marketing :
Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai sản xuất các loại POSM và vật phẩm marketing theo yêu cầu từ các chiến dịch.
Làm việc chặt chẽ với nhà cung cấp để giám sát chất lượng, tiến độ sản xuất và nghiệm thu sản phẩm.
3. Phối hợp sản xuất Media:
Hỗ trợ điều phối và chuẩn bị hậu cần cho các buổi chụp ảnh, quay video tại sự kiện hoặc cho các chiến dịch marketing.
Phối hợp với agency hoặc đội ngũ nội bộ để đảm bảo sản phẩm media đầu ra đúng với yêu cầu và định hướng thương hiệu.
4. Vận hành & Báo cáo
Thực hiện các công việc hành chính của phòng Marketing như soạn thảo hợp đồng, làm thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp, quản lý kho vật phẩm.
Thu thập dữ liệu và thực hiện các báo cáo hiệu quả hoạt động theo yêu cầu.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Truyền thông, Tổ chức sự kiện.
Chấp nhận sinh viên mới ra trường có kinh nghiệm thực tập phù hợp, năng động và có tinh thần học hỏi cao.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về Marketing, đặc biệt là tổ chức sự kện
