Sales Support Excellence:
1.Right-Hand Support: Act as a reliable assistant to our Sales Manager, ensuring seamless operations and
contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
2.Client Liaison: Engage actively in meetings with clients, honing your communication skills and building lasting
professional relationships.
3.Content Collaborator: Supports various sales activities, including content creation for presentations and other
promotional materials.
4.Meeting Maestro: Organize and schedule company meetings and events to ensure smooth collaboration.
5.Supply Magician: Manage and procure office supplies and materials for various departments, keeping our
workspace vibrant and efficient.
6.Financial Virtuoso: Compile monthly expenditure reports, ensuring accurate and timely updates for our accounting
team.
7.Mail Maven: Receive and categorise incoming mail, maintaining a well-organized communication system for the
company.
8.Document Dynamo: Handle the archiving and printing of documents for company events, contributing to the
success of our projects.
9.Coordination Connoisseur: Coordinate company activities, from dialogues and meals to travel arrangements,

Pressure Handling: The ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations and the willingness to
