JOB DESCRIPTION
Performance Advertising (Primary Focus)
GMC Account Management & Optimization: Take full ownership of managing customers' Google Merchant Center accounts, optimizing for product visibility, clicks, and revenue.
Performance Analysis & Improvement: Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and fix issues related to accounts, product feeds, and policy violations within Google Merchant Center.
Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on advertising best practices, Google Ads algorithm changes, and new PPC trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Support & Communication: Directly communicate with customers to support them with Google Merchant Center issues, provide consultation, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Growth & Data-Driven Marketing
Work closely with the Customer Support and Product team to improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
Suggest and test innovative strategies based on insights from Shopify App Store Ads and Google Ads performance.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Must have:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Performance Marketing, PPC Specialist, E-commerce Specialist), with a strong focus on managing Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping Ads.
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how to optimize them.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common GMC errors (e.g., misrepresentation, GTIN issues, price mismatches, policy violations).
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to work effectively with clients. Proficiency in English is essential.
Proactive, highly responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience working with the Shopify platform.
Google Ads certification.
Experience working in an agency or SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
