JOB DESCRIPTION
SCOPE OF WORK
Brand Communications:
Assist VVJ's Marketing
Manager in executing brand marketing and communication strategies.
Create compelling travel
content in English and Vietnamese while adhering to brand guidelines.
Digital Performance:
Obtain and track KPIs for
assigned marketing activities, prepare reports to assess the effectiveness
of marketing efforts and recommend improvements.
Assist in optimizing
digital performance across platforms, including our website and social
media.
Contribute fresh ideas to
boost online visibility and engagement.
Product Promotion:
Support the promotion of
new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate on strategies
to increase product visibility and generate interest.
Collect and curate visual
and creative materials related to tourism and hospitality to support
marketing and promotional activities.
Ad-hoc Assignment:
Assist with ad-hoc tasks
and support the creation of marketing materials.
Ensure all materials
align with brand standards and marketing goals.
Market Research:
Conduct market research
and gather customer data to build and maintain a comprehensive database.
Use insights to refine
marketing strategies and initiatives.
Asset Management:
Organize, categorize, and maintain
marketing and brand assets to ensure they are accessible and well-managed.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills:
Strong proficiency in
English with excellent content writing and communication skills.
Basic graphic design
skills and familiarity with design tools.
Proficiency in MS Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving
skills with an innovative mindset.
Analytical and critical
thinking abilities.
Experience in content
creation with attention to detail.
