JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do:
Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.
Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Who We're Looking For:
Open to fresh graduates
Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
Welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer support, e-commerce operations, administration, coordination, or similar roles.
Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and Google Drive
Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
Independent, proactive, and resilient team player with strong communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
Identify, approach, and qualify prospective clients to provide Amazon or eCommerce management and growth services.
Present and pitch our service offerings clearly to brand representatives, highlighting value, outcomes, and ROI.
Negotiate service scope, pricing, and timelines to successfully close deals.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
2. Relationship & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines, proposals, and client communication records.
Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handover and client onboarding process.
Actively participate in networking, industry events, and business meetings to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
3. Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning
Stay informed about Amazon and eCommerce trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Actively share feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings and client experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English (equivalent to at least IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
From 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, customer service, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred
Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Proven confident in communicating, negotiating, and closing deals with international clients.
Highly organized, proactive, and genuine passion for sales career.
Resilient, and able to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
BENEFITS
Monthly Salary Range:
Fixed Salary: 13.000.000 - 18.000.000 VND
Compensation Structure = Fixed Salary + Allowances + Commission (up to 7% per deal, no cap).
On-Target Earning (OTE): 20.000.000 - 40.000.000VND
