Job Description
Source and attract potential candidates through various recruitment channels, social media, and networks.
Create recruitment-related content on platforms like Facebook, Linkedin and Threads to attract candidates and form a dynamic culture.
Ensure the efficient operation of the ATS by inputting and organizing candidate data, converting resumes into the required format, tracking recruitment progress, and generating reports for analysis.
Perform other recruitment-related tasks as requested by the Mentor.
Deliver an exceptional candidate journey for all candidates (both successful and unsuccessful).
Job Requirement
Final-year student or fresh graduate in a related major.
Proficient in English communication (IELTS 7.0 or above)
Availability for a full-time internship for at least 6 months.
Knowledge of or a passion for growth in the AI industry is a plus.
