JOB DESCRIPTION
Hanoi Office: Capital Building, 41 Hai Ba Trung, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi.
HCMCc Office: Pearl Plaza, 561A Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, HCMC.
Assist in handling logistics documentation, including delivery records, invoices,
goods receipt notes (GRNs), delivery notes, and warehouse-related documents.
Collect, verify, and organize delivery documents and supporting paperwork,
ensuring timely submission to the Finance & Accounting team.
Support daily delivery route planning and coordination to optimize transportation
efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in preparing logistics reports, including transportation costs, delivery
performance, and other operational reports as assigned.
Assist with other tasks as assigned by Logistics Team.
REQUIREMENTS
3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain,
Economics, or a related field.
Hard-working and detail-oriented.
English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a plus.
