JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Design detailed and structured manual and automated test cases for in-house software.
Enhance and maintain automation scripts within the CI/CD pipeline.
Perform exploratory testing for new features and hardware testing on products.
Plan and execute stress tests for industrial device software drivers.
Test and evaluate computer vision and robotic algorithms.
Support engineers and customers by investigating issues in production environments.
Prepare detailed reports on detected issues for the development team.
Collaborate with
Product Owners to refine user stories and requirements for improved product quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Skills
At least 2 years of general testing experience, including 1+ year in automated software testing for Web UI, API, or Desktop applications.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies: regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.
Proficiency in designing test cases using techniques like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Tables, and Error Guessing.
Experience with Python (a must) or another programming language (e.g., Java).
Familiarity with automation testing frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Robot Framework (preferred), Cypress, Playwright, etc.
Experience working in agile development teams using BDD/TDD approaches and supporting early-stage shift-left testing.
Strong troubleshooting and consultation skills.
Team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and improve.
Proficient in English communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Experience with desktop application testing.
Proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience working with automation systems or robotics-related technologies (e.g., motion planning, control, computer vision, AI).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop and maintain software in Python and C++ for low-code robotics programming, device control, computer vision and other related technologies.
Collaborate with product and other development teams to meet customer expectations.
Assist test engineers in integration and stress testing.
Work closely with external and internal users to troubleshoot and address issues in production.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they meet the minimum requirements.
Minimum
BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields.
1+ years of software development experience (including internships) or good track record of relevant achievements (e.g., competitive programming contests, Hackathons).
Proficiency in Python, C++ or a similar programming language. Familiarity with git and shell scripting.
Background in algorithmics (complexity) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
Intermediate level of English proficiency, both reading and writing.
Preferred
3+ years of software development experience (including internships) or strong track record of relevant achievements (e.g., competitive programming contests, Hackathons).
Strong proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
Familiarity with Qt framework.
Good understanding of the following topics: concurrency, containerization with docker/podman, and/or networking.
(Required for middle to senior, nice to have for junior) Software engineering mindset: Testing, trade-off in code design and implementation, devops.
Solid background in algorithmics (proof of correctness, complexity in time and space) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
Background in robotics: robot kinematics, calibration, motion planning.
Background in Computer Vision and AI: deep learning frameworks, model optimization.
Familiarity with professional working processes (presentation, document writing, planning, time-management).

Your key responsibilities will include:

REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
● Educational Background:
○ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
● Technical Expertise:
○ Extensive experience in building data pipelines and deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
○ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R.
○ Strong knowledge of statistics, calculus, and probability for algorithm development and model evaluation.
○ Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
● Cloud Experience:
○ Expertise in cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with at least 3 years of experience in deploying AI models.
○ Must hold a relevant cloud certification, such as AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent.
● AI Specializations:
○ Familiarity with natural language processing, computer vision, and common AI model architectures.
○ Experience in transforming AI models into APIs for integration with other sytems.
● Additional Skills:
○ Solid understanding of data engineering practices, including ETL, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.

Experience and Skills:

Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Expertise and Strong knowledge on Shift-left testing and Agile testing methodologies
Familiarity knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in testing APIs, web services, and mobile applications.
Expert in test design and Test Management.
Family with testing Microservices, Event-Drivent, Serverless..
Solid understanding of security testing and performance testing best practices.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, XRAY, Postman, or equivalent.
