Business Performance & Commercial Recommendation
Lead merchandise review, KPI tracking, and business review, converting performance data into commercial recommendations for senior management and brand headquarters.
Develop and drive action plans that address risks and capture opportunities identified through sales, stock, and sell-through analysis.
Partner with the Retail Manager and Senior /Retail Executive to achieve brand P&L targets through timely, data-driven merchandise decisions and clearly prioritized actions.

Plan and allocate team workload across buying, inventory performance, reporting, and merchandise operations according to business priorities and the commercial calendar.
Review, challenge, and approve merchandise analysis, reports, forecasts, and action plans before submission to the Retail Manager or senior management.
Coach and develop the team's capabilities in merchandise planning, business analysis, product knowledge, and commercial judgment through regular feedback and on-the-job guidance.
Oversee the accuracy and timely execution of merchandise operations, including purchase orders, shipment and delivery follow-up, master data, and packaging coordination.
Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across merchandise strategy and execution, and ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion.
Build and maintain merchandise capability and product knowledge across the store network through cross functional collaboration.
Cross-Functional & Brand Partnership
Act as the key bridge between merchandise/product performance data and brand management, ensuring inventory and pricing plans align with brand positioning.

Engage directly with global/regional brand headquarters on buying plans, OTB, and business review when required.
