C&B Intern

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Intern 1: Support paperwork & Admin tasks for C&B team
Manage and store employee files
Track and manage document signing processes for the C&B team
Monitor and support incoming and outgoing correspondence for employees
Assist in contacting employees to supplement personal information for PIT (Personal Income Tax) and Social Insurance purposes
Others paperwork tasks as required
Intern 2: Dedicated support for the Tax Audit Project
Data entry
Check/Verify documents as required / Document reconciliation as requested
Prepare reports / Generate reports
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Full time at office
Education: Recent graduate in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
Skills:
Good proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of accounting and tax is a plus - for Intern 2
Careful, meticulous, and highly responsible
Good organizational skill
Good analytical and information synthesis skills.
Careful, accurate, and able to work under pressure.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in Ho Chi Minh. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities to support the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
Qualifications

Ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of HR principles and practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Final year student or recent graduate.
Good English communication skills are preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong learning attitude.
Able to intern full-time for 6 months: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM), off Saturday and Sunday.
